John is working in our Bullhead City location after moving here from Arkansas where he had been a Realtor with a Weichert office. Though they recently settled here, he and his wife, Christine, are not new to Bullhead City. They had enjoyed living in Bullhead City and hated to leave, but in 2006 they left to follow a great career opportunity for Christine. As a matter of fact, John is very experienced with relocation. He is not only a Weichert Relocation Specialist, he and his wife have their own relocation experience, relocating 8 times in the last 19 years to follow his wife’s career. In that time they themselves bought and sold 7 homes.
Detroit and Warren Michigan were home to John until age 18. He joined the Air Force after high school where he specialized in Public and Community Relations; what perfect experience to use in his day-to-day real estate career. Another area of knowledge that is very helpful for his clients, is that he is “Broker Price Opinion Resources” certified. This means he has substantial experience in doing market analyses of homes.
Even though John and his wife have lived in a variety of cities, they love Bullhead City. John says, “This is our final stop.” His love of the area is glaring as he goes on about all the possibilities in BHC/Laughlin. He sees this place as the perfect adult playground. With his love for boating and so many sun drenched days here, it’s the perfect locale. Lake Mohave and the Colorado River are at your doorstep. Then the numerous Casinos, (in case you would get bored) allows you to go from one casino to the other, enjoying just a little different environment in each place. The offering of gaming, the wide array of shows and concerts available will keep most anyone from being bored.
John is a people-person who takes his work with clients seriously. “I sell ‘Homes’ not houses. I go to great lengths to insure that the homes my clients purchase satisfy their needs and wants. I am willing to track the market, preview homes and keep my clients informed, no matter how long it takes.” He cares about treating everyone with respect and takes this saying to heart, “Treat everyone with the same respect as you would your grandparents.”
Born in Riverside California, Michael moved at an early age with his family to Bullhead City, and has lived there ever since. Michael attended Mohave High School and went on to attend Mohave Community College.
Most of Michael’s work life has been working in his family’s Air Conditioning business, which the family decided to close it in 2011. Seeing this as an opportunity, Michael went on to obtain his Real Estate License so he could sell real estate in the community he loves and knows so well.
Learning a strong work ethic while working in the family business, Michael wants to use that in helping people find their dream home and the lifestyle that they are looking for. Michael feels this keeps him true to himself, and to the community that he loves.
When not working, you can find Michael playing on the river, riding on sand dunes, and camping. Michael also has a love of traveling and seeing all the beauty this country has to offer.
So if you are looking for an agent with unique knowledge of the area, a strong work ethic, and a love for people and houses, Michael hopes you will give him a call and let him help you find your special dream home.
